Who we are
The website www.advised.cz is operated by Wise Ventures s.r.o., registered office namesti Pratelstvi 1518/2, 102 00 Prague, Czech Republic, Company ID 05987423, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague. The company is the controller of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
What data we collect
This website is static. It contains no contact form, no comments and no user accounts, and collects no personal data from visitors.
The hosting provider automatically records technical access data in the server logs (IP address, date and time of the request, page address, browser type). This data is used solely to operate and secure the website and to resolve technical problems.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses no analytics or advertising tools and stores no tracking cookies in your browser. We do not pass any data to third-party services for the purpose of tracking visits.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a font is loaded, your IP address and browser details are sent to Google servers.
When you contact us
If you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide yourself (name, e-mail, phone number, content of the message) in order to answer your enquiry and to negotiate possible cooperation. The legal basis is legitimate interest, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
How long we keep the data
We keep correspondence for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry and afterwards for the period required by law. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider, usually several months.
Who we share the data with
We do not pass personal data to third parties, with the exception of the hosting provider and the e-mail service provider, who process the data for us as processors, and cases where we are required to do so by law.
Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right:
- to access the data we process about you,
- to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
- to have the data erased, where there is no reason for further processing,
- to restrict the processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
